ALIXIA PHARMA respects your privacy and provides a way for individuals to request deletion of personal information associated with their interactions with our business.

This page explains how to submit a data deletion request.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like us to delete personal information associated with your interactions with Alixia Pharma, you can submit a request using either of the following methods:

2. Information to Include

To help us locate the relevant information, please include:

• Your name.

• Your WhatsApp phone number, including the country code, if the request concerns WhatsApp communications.

• Your email address, if relevant.

• A brief description of the information you want deleted.

Please do not send passwords, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information with your initial request.

We may request reasonable additional information to verify your identity and protect against unauthorised deletion requests.

3. What Happens After You Submit a Request?

After receiving your request, we will:

1. Review the request and verify it where reasonably necessary.

2. Identify the personal information covered by the request within the systems and records we control.

3. Delete or anonymise eligible information, where required and permitted by applicable law.

4. Inform you of the outcome or explain any applicable limitations.

We aim to respond within 30 days of receiving a sufficiently complete and verified request, or within any shorter or otherwise applicable period required by law. If a request requires additional time, we will communicate this where appropriate.

4. Information That May Need to Be Retained

Certain information may need to be retained where required by law, for legitimate recordkeeping obligations, to establish or defend legal claims, or for other lawful purposes.

Where retention is required, we will limit the information retained to what is reasonably necessary and handle it in accordance with applicable law.

5. WhatsApp and Meta Information

If you have communicated with us through WhatsApp, we can review and process eligible personal information held by Alixia Pharma.

Please note that deleting information held by Alixia Pharma does not automatically delete information independently retained by WhatsApp, Meta or other third-party services. You may need to submit a separate request to the relevant service provider.

6. Does This Stop Future Messages?

If your request also asks us to stop sending promotional communications, please state this clearly in your email.

We will take appropriate steps to honour eligible opt-out requests. We may retain limited information where necessary to record your preference and prevent further promotional messages.
